Robins Camp Pool Area, Western Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe

Robins Camp is an exciting revival of the iconic safari destination in Hwange National Park. The camp is situated in the rugged northern area of the park, home to some of the last great buffalo herds in Africa, with herds of over 2,000 still seen. Given the abundance of prey animals, it is no wonder that it also has the highest concentration of lion in the Park too! Tastefully decorated thatched accommodation units, with hand painted Matabele designs, feature en-suite bathrooms, overhead fans for hotter days and a full mosquito net to protect you from insects. The main lodge area has been fully renovated and features landscaped gardens with an inviting swimming pool, restaurant, the Hyena bar and the Robins Tower providing views of the surrounding area and the best African sunsets!

Iganyana Tented Camp, Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe

Iganyana Tented Camp is situated on an exclusive wildlife concession bordering the famous Hwange National Park. The family-friendly camp has 15 comfortable, spacious en-suite tented rooms with views over an ancient riverbed, now called the Dete Vlei. The camp centres around an open-plan, decked main area that features a fabulous pool often visited by thirsty elephants, a pizza oven and rustic fire Boma.

The Hide accommodates up to 20 guests in well-appointed deluxe tents, overlooking the productive waterhole. En-suite facilities include indoor or outdoor showers and bathtubs. The Private Hide includes a private dining, lounge and plunge pool. Game activities include bush walks, day and night drives, hide visits that include an underground tunnel from hide to hide. And even enjoy a memorable 'sleep-out' in the romantic Dove’s Nest.

The beauty of Khulu is that it combines luxurious and private accommodation with old world hospitality. Khulu Bush Camp overlooks an ancient riverbed, in today’s terms called a vlei, known to attract a variety of the greatest wildlife and birdlife in Hwange National Park, right on the doorstep. Khulu is the community and staff’s affectionate name meaning 'grandfather', named after one of the Amalinda Safari Collection's directors, who built Khulu himself.
